1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using DIWAN, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use DIWAN on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

DIWAN is a workforce management service operated by Ababeel Soft. It may provide attendance check-in/out, leave requests and approvals, payroll viewing, task management, salary advance requests, reporting, and notifications. Features may vary by subscription, configuration, and user role.

3. Accounts and access

Company administrators are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, assigning appropriate roles, and protecting account credentials. Individual users must keep their credentials confidential and notify their Company administrator promptly of suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or data.

4. Company data and privacy

The Company is responsible for the employment and workforce data it enters into DIWAN, including having a lawful basis to collect, use, and share that data. The Company determines its attendance policies, records retention, and access permissions. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not falsify attendance, location, payroll, or other records; share or misuse another person's account; attempt to access data belonging to another Company; interfere with the service; introduce harmful code; or use DIWAN for an unlawful purpose. You must comply with applicable workplace, employment, data-protection, and other laws.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep DIWAN available and reliable, but the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, connectivity issues, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Where practicable, we will provide notice of material changes.

7. Subscription and payment

Company access may depend on an active subscription or other commercial arrangement with Ababeel Soft. Fees, payment terms, and any applicable taxes are governed by the relevant order, proposal, invoice, or separate agreement. If payment is overdue or an account becomes inactive, we may limit access in accordance with that agreement.

8. Intellectual property

DIWAN, its software, branding, and related materials are owned by Ababeel Soft or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant authorised users a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for the Company’s internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DIWAN is provided as is and as available. Payroll figures, attendance records, and reports should be reviewed by the Company before they are relied upon for legal, employment, tax, or payment decisions. Neither Ababeel Soft nor its suppliers are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

A Company may deactivate a user’s access, including when employment ends. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the service. On termination, access to the service ends, subject to any data-retention obligations or separate agreement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of DIWAN after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, where permitted by law.
